Terms that keep things clear

Please review these terms before using Vorasense.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vorasense. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vorasense service, including our browser extension and web platform.

Vorasense is operated by Andreas Thun, a private individual based in Sweden.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vorasense.
By accessing or using Vorasense, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

For clarity throughout these Terms:

Service: "Service" refers to the Vorasense fraud detection tool, including all components (extension, API, dashboard).
User: "User" or "you" refers to any individual using Vorasense.
Device: "Device" refers to your browser where the Vorasense extension is installed.
Analysis: "Analysis" refers to the AI-powered assessment of incoming chat messages.
Platform: "Platform" refers to supported chat services (Messenger, Gmail, Google Chat).
Content: "Content" refers to the chat messages and data analyzed by the Service.

Vorasense analyzes incoming messages on supported platforms to identify potential fraud indicators.

Advisory Nature: The Service is advisory in nature. Vorasense provides guidance to help you make informed decisions, but does not guarantee detection of all scams or fraudulent activity.
Incoming Focus: Vorasense focuses exclusively on incoming messages. It does not monitor or analyze messages you send.
Supported Platforms: Supported platforms include: Facebook Messenger, Gmail, and Google Chat.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You can authenticate using Google or Apple OAuth providers. You agree to each provider's terms when you choose to sign in via their service.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your credentials.
Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Price: Vorasense costs 29 SEK per month during the limited launch period (regular price 49 SEK starting later).
Merchant: Billing is handled by Paddle, Inc., our Merchant of Record. You agree to Paddle's billing terms.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically every month. You authorize recurring billing to your payment method.
Quotas: Your subscription includes 500 analyses per month and 10 analyses per 60 minutes. Quotas reset monthly.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Changes apply to renewals, not existing active subscriptions.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
We provide a 14-day refund window.
Refunds are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
Subscriptions do not pro-rate. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying code or technology.
Use the Service for illegal purposes or to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Share or resell access to the Service.
Scrape or extract data from the Service for competitive purposes.

All intellectual property in Vorasense (software, design, text, logos) belongs to Andreas Thun.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Vorasense for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Chat content analyzed remains your property. You grant Vorasense permission to analyze it for fraud detection only.
We do not use your personal communications to train AI models.

Vorasense uses Microsoft Azure AI Foundry to analyze chat content. Azure AI provides a risk score on a 0-100 scale.
AI analysis is advisory only. Do not rely solely on Vorasense for critical decisions. Exercise your own judgment.
Vorasense does not guarantee detection of all scams. False positives and false negatives may occur.
You have the right to request human review of any analysis result.

Vorasense integrates with third-party services:

Google and Apple OAuth for authentication.
Paddle for payment processing.
Microsoft Azure AI for fraud analysis.
By using Vorasense, you agree to comply with the terms of these third-party services.

Vorasense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
The Service is not warranted to be suitable for any particular purpose.
Use Vorasense as a helpful tool, not a definitive security measure.

Vorasense's liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Swedish law.

You agree to indemnify Vorasense from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

This includes claims that your use of Vorasense violated a third party's rights.

We may modify or discontinue Vorasense at any time, with or without notice.
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason by giving 30 days notice.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

Your use of Vorasense is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and process your data.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Courts: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the Swedish courts.
Swedish Consumer Disputes: If you are a consumer in Sweden, you may also seek resolution through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
EU ODR: EU/EEA consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We will provide 30 days notice of material changes to these Terms via email.
Your continued use of Vorasense after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
