This page explains how to report an accessibility barrier and how to get help with Vorasense.
Report an accessibility barrier
If something in Vorasense is hard to reach, understand, or complete, email [email protected] so we can investigate and respond.
- Tell us which page, app screen, or extension surface caused the problem.
- Tell us whether you were using Swedish or English.
- Tell us which browser, device, and assistive technology you used, if any.
- Tell us what you tried to do and which step became blocked or unclear.
Get help with purchase, account, setup, or protection
The same support path is used for accessibility questions and release-critical product help. Contact us if you need help before or after purchase.
- Purchase and billing questions for subscriptions or gifts
- Account, membership, or extension-linking problems
- iOS, Android, or browser-extension setup blockers
- Protection or warning flows that become inaccessible or unclear
Current Vorasense accessibility scope
Vorasense verifies release-critical journeys on the user-facing surfaces we own. We do not publish a broader claim than the evidence we have for the current release.
- Owned website, account, billing, gift, settings, dashboard, and support routes
- Owned browser-extension popup, options, and injected warning or dialog surfaces
- Owned iOS setup, review, and share-analysis surfaces
- Owned Android setup, review, settings, and warning surfaces
Current limitations and exclusions
Some parts of the broader user journey are outside Vorasense control or still require release-specific manual verification.
- Provider-hosted sign-in pages are not Vorasense-owned UI.
- Third-party host-page UI outside Vorasense-injected controls is outside our owned accessibility scope.
- App store pages and other external marketplaces are outside this repo-owned claim boundary.
- Keyboard, screen-reader, VoiceOver, and TalkBack verification is tracked per release rather than assumed forever.
